Yuan Doctor collects a genuinely substantial set of clinical tools: hundreds of bedside scores, care pathways and guideline decision aids, grouped into shift packs for situations like the emergency night shift, morning ward rounds and the stroke pathway. Calculations run locally with nothing uploaded, and no login is needed to use them - the right design for anything touching patient data.
The shift-pack idea is the part worth noticing. Grouping the eight tools you actually need on a night shift is a clinician's organising principle rather than a database's, and it is not something the large English-language calculator sites do.
The practical obstacle for most readers here is that the interface, tool names and explanatory text are all in Chinese, with no English version offered. If you do not read Chinese it is effectively unusable, whatever its quality. It is also built for licensed clinicians: these are decision aids, and responsibility for any decision remains with the practitioner.
